The service

IXLEAN provides AI-generated training guidance based on the information and data you share with it. By creating an account you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

IXLEAN is a coaching tool, not a healthcare provider. Its suggestions are general fitness guidance generated by AI and may be wrong. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before training with an injury, illness, or medical condition. Training involves inherent risk of injury, which you assume.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it. You are responsible for activity on your account. To close your account and request deletion of your personal data, contact support through Settings or email support@ixlean.com.

Paid memberships

The price, currency, billing cadence and amount charged are shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically for the same cadence until they are cancelled. When the IX50 offer is shown for Pro monthly, it gives 50% off the first three billing periods; the standard monthly price shown at checkout applies after that.

To cancel, email support@ixlean.com before your next renewal. You keep access through the period already paid for. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights. Send any such request to support and we will handle it under the law that applies to your purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempting to access other users' data, no using the AI coach for purposes unrelated to training and health. We apply fair-use limits to AI conversations and may suspend accounts that abuse them.

Third-party services

IXLEAN is built on third-party infrastructure and AI providers (listed in the privacy policy). On behalf of those providers, all warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are disclaimed, and they are excluded from liability for consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages. IXLEAN no longer integrates with Strava.

Changes and termination

The service is under active development and features may change. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using the service and contact support@ixlean.com to cancel or close your account.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IXLEAN is not liable for indirect damages or for injuries sustained while training.
